I have a superchips flash cal for wife’s 2020 JLUR and I was playing around with settings. There is an option to toggle the Auto Start Stop (disable/enable) and when I toggled it, she was not able to remote start. After reversing this, the remote Start worked fine.

Did you disable auto stop start? If yes, put back to normal and see if that helps.

I agree with hjdca The whip will come with a magnetic quick disconnect and a short lead for connecting/disconnecting the wires. There will also be 2 cap for weather protection when not installed. One for the whip and one for the base that remains on the vehicle

Some type of mount for the “whip” (extra) control box (should come with it - can be either remote controlled and/or blue tooth) Power wires to control box from power source A switch to turn off/on

I believe that if you don’t see the gorilla in the lower left corner then it is not gorilla glass. I have a 2022 that came with gorilla glass and that’s where I see the image
