At least my reading comprehension is working today. I almost read that as "attitude-challenged wives."
I can suggest options for guys who have spouses who have difficulty getting into the Jeeps (stock height or lifted):
Go down to the local gym and find a young single hottie. Time to...
Chairs? Who needs chairs?!
People around here need jackets! The ones with buckles & straps.
If some Indian comes at me with a pillow, I'm gonna scream.
"An appendix in a book is a section at the end that includes supplementary information relevant to the main text but not essential to its understanding. It often contains additional details, resources, or data that support the content without disrupting the flow of the narrative."
It's not...
Considering a half-ton truck is determined by it's payload, mid-size trucks are half-ton trucks. ;)
If it wouldn't throw people into a hissy fit, a re-classification would be in order.
New, for 2027, the Gladiator 1500!
Paul Perkeson of WPS said to me "You shoot that mouse gun pretty good." G43X. Which he also is known to carry. I laughed at that.
If the instructor tends to observe and leaves you alone, you're doing ok.
And we need to see the profile of who CR members/subscribers are.
Methinks it's pretty damn close to
The people who have *just* enough disposable income to require a subscription to CR to make sure they spend that disposable income responsibly, but not enough to have *F-You* money to really...
Yup. But that sound.
A few weeks ago I did a pretty deep analysis (for me) on what a possible fuel difference the 5.7L would be over the 3.6L. Basically, the combined MPG wouldn't make much of a difference. The JT's aero numbers are so bad that a lot of the benefit in way of power:weight is...
As per usual, everyone is going off the same media "sources" and no one actually goes to the source material. Everyone reads the headline and never the story.
If anyone actually asks AI "Did the Jeep CEO specifically say that the Jeep Gladiator is getting a v8?" you will get a very different...
Me. It'd be me. Not the standard nut behind the wheel, causing mayhem and stupidity on the roads and trails. A premium nut. One who will say, "Not today, Laws of Physics." Or rather, "Yes, I do understand the level of gription a vehicle requires at a given velocity on a surface that has limited...
Kidding.
Is the truck on jack stands? If you let the suspension hang far enough, you should be able to put them in without problem.
Disconnect the swaybar mounts front and rear.
Or, if not on stands, jack up one side of the truck and put jackstands under for safety, pull the tires and pull...
Tow ratings are basically for knowing the vehicle's limits for stopping on public roads/highways and mechanical longevity.
Moving trailers around in your scenario shouldn't be an issue.
If Jeep wanted me to trade mine in or buy a new one, it'd have to have a higher HP option. V8 would be nice for the sound.
It does everything I need it to do, so it's fine. Do we want "fine"? lol.
RE: When we're getting the V8 in the JT -
You're right that there's no confirmation about a V8...
I can tell you haven't been paying attention.
As been brought up countless times before, V8 cooling without serious deviation from the JT/JL similarities (which Jeep engineering has been VERBOTEN to do) will make the towing capacity of the V8 a lower rating than the V6. Whether that is a...
