What is odd is that is exactly what my jeep looked like the day after I bought it. You would think it would be caught during the PDI. I used to work at the dealer (over 20 years ago) It is definitely something I would catch on a PDI.

UPDATE I had used android auto since I bought the jeep. Recently bought an iPhone (for other reasons not related to android) Apple CarPlay works way better than android auto. No more hiccups and the music sounds much better than before. My experience.
