It's supposedly fixed! Jeep Cares said it would be shipped to me yesterday! It wasn't and my case manager is MIA, don't know when they'll ship it or let me know when it's (really) coming.
I wish I wasn't so entitled, sure would be less annoying.
Update: still waiting on parts. Jeep is now not even calling with updates, or returning my weekly calls asking for same. They told me the necessary bolts would be overnighted and arrive on the 14th. Called on the 15th, turned out they hadn't. Now they'd be here on the 17th. Nope...
Still no vehicle. Tranny needs complete replacement. Two weeks ago, the dealer called and said it was fixed, new tranny in place, tech was out testing it and on return would set up to ship to me here in Central Florida. Next day, he says he's still waiting on bolts, trannys not installed...

It happened Tues. They don't respond, I have to chase down everything. I don't really have an issue with the warranty, it's with the Jeep Cares nonsense. Dismissive attitude. I don't expect them to kiss my ass, why would someone think that? An overly defensive fanboy maybe?
