Check for play at the steering knuckles on front axle, especially if aluminum (Rubicon Dana 44’s). May have oblonged the ball joint seats/holes.

UDATE: FIXED!!!! Went into settings > projection manager BAM CarPlay was turned off. Sorry for all the stupidity but again I’m not Tec savvy at all. Thanks for all the help! Hopefully this will help others that have not a clue about tec issues!! Again thanks to all who helped ?

Again, I am not tec savvy at all. Have been using a usb cable from staples for 2.5 years since I got the Gladiator new. Have no ideal what type or maker. Though I tried a new Apple usb cable I just bought yesterday, and no difference. Should I try the lightning cord? Sorry for my ignorance...

Yea afraid of that. Have a list of small issues they can fix while they have it. Can’t wait to see how long they keep it! I’ll report back about the battery disconnect. Thanks for your time.

Yes bought a new Apple brand ? USB cable and had no difference except lightened my wallet. I’ll try the battery disconnect next. Just wasn’t sure it was a phone problem or the head unit. Glad they talked me into the extended warranty……
