What worked for me was to straighten the pins as best I could, then push the connnectors together with your hands until they engage each other and the latch starts to close by itself. Finish by closing the latch.

I havenāt received mine either. I called late last week and they told me the warehouse missed my order and it would be shipped this week. They didnāt know it hadnāt shipped until I called so definitely reach out.
Update: Got in touch with Lockāer Down - unfortunately had to drill out the locking mechanism to get inside. Not sure what caused it, the guy thought maybe something got jammed inside the lock but when I drilled out the cam I was able to open it.

Hi All. Iāve had the Lockāer Down console safe installed for about a year with no issues. Yesterday I unlocked the safe and was able to turn the cam but the top wouldnāt open. I tried gently prying, pushing down on the top as I turned the cam, locking/unlocking all with no luck.

I donāt think youāll have any problems then. I recommend reaching out to Tony at Innovative JK Products. He put together a custom package for me without their bracket and with air lines cut specifically for the rear seat installation. Was great to work with.
