They are local to me, I have a gear change scheduled with them next month. No direct experience yet, other than scheduling the appt, but booked gear change based on positive feedback from other local jeepers. Hope this helps.

I haven’t received mine either. I called late last week and they told me the warehouse missed my order and it would be shipped this week. They didn’t know it hadn‘t shipped until I called so definitely reach out.

Update: Got in touch with Lock’er Down - unfortunately had to drill out the locking mechanism to get inside. Not sure what caused it, the guy thought maybe something got jammed inside the lock but when I drilled out the cam I was able to open it. They are sending a new top/lock out today...

I don’t think you’ll have any problems then. I recommend reaching out to Tony at Innovative JK Products. He put together a custom package for me without their bracket and with air lines cut specifically for the rear seat installation. Was great to work with.
