Oh and yes the gas tank stays in place with the factory shield. You remove and reinstall a few of the gas tank bolts, but don't have to support it. RH adds two solid steel cross members, which accounts for the bulk of the added weight. RH also has special washers that protect the bolt heads...

Went out for a bike ride this morning. It was a nice sunny 60° at the end, I had to pop the freedom panels off.

I snapped a quick shot of it next to the Jeep after removing it the other day. I wanted to run a full set, but someone else wasn't for it.

It's tight, but I got the spare up there with 37psi, 37x12.5r17 Falken A/T3W. Wheel is mounted pretty side up. I may let a bit of air out later.
