    Need more pictures :D
  2. Updated 2024 Jeep Wrangler -- First Drive Reviews & Impressions ?️

I like it. Needs reclining rear seats tho. Wish the rear seats in the Gladiator would recline just a little….even our old Patriot did.
  3. Opinions requested please.

I think it won't look good. The wheels are nice, but in grey it will look like you tried to colour match and failed.
  4. Building my own flush tail lights

If we are submitting redesigns :) How about the design below with a single vertical strip for the marker. The space you allowed for the strip light originally (green arrow) would stay as a channel OR raised trim to give the unit some depth but without any light in it.
  5. Building my own flush tail lights

I figured it was for a reason. It’s not that noticeable. Anyways, this latest design with the other tail lamp gets my vote….for ease of off the shelf replacement.
  6. Building my own flush tail lights

Does the taillight housing taper from top to bottom for a reason? I like the design, but I think I still prefer the other tail lamp.
  7. Building my own flush tail lights

As cool as the new lights are, and believe me, they're nice, I worry about the longevity of the LED strips being used. And if they need to be changed, the lens replacement could be problematic. Personally, I like the idea of being able to swap out a tail light off the shelf if there is a...
  8. Building my own flush tail lights

Not even saying there needs to be a lens/light in there. Just some sort of defined edge. What you posted above looks very nice tho!
  9. Building my own flush tail lights

    To me, that looks better!
  10. Building my own flush tail lights

    Agreed
  11. Building my own flush tail lights

The perimeter of the light seems to get lost along the truck. I see that the edge is beveled, but I wonder if it would look better with a raised edge all the way around. Kind of like the channel you were making for the led strips to sit in. I marked the area I mean in red.
  12. Building my own flush tail lights

As much as I like them, I feel like they need some sort of edge or raised portion around the perimeter of the housing ….something to give it some substance.
  13. Building my own flush tail lights

    That’s cool
  14. Building my own flush tail lights

I respect all your work, but I too am being drawn back to the original design. The newer design is looking too much like the Oracle ones, which I have never been a fan of. Just MY opinion though. Again, all in all, amazing work!
  15. ReadyLift 2.5 SST and Rake on SPORT trim level

Weird it doesn’t kill the rake. That is what they told me. The front spacers are 2.5” while rear are 2”. I tow and didn’t want to chance it. Shoot some pics ??
  16. ReadyLift 2.5 SST and Rake on SPORT trim level

If you want rake (like I did) stick with the AEV spacer kit. The Ready lift is intended to eliminate rake.
  17. Building my own flush tail lights

Everyday is like Christmas on this thread.
  18. Building my own flush tail lights

All the work you're doing is great! The new ones do look a bit off...Just too much open space. Maybe someone in this thread that is proficient with Photoshop (assuming you don't use it) can make a whack of versions to save you time building?
