Quadratec was able to find the part number. Not even the local dealers could do that. I ordered from Quadratec, even though it cost a few bucks more. Atleast this way if they misled me, I’ll get my 25 bucks back.
I didn’t. They’re still not fitting correctly on one side. I think I may have gotten a slightly deformed or misaligned rail. Nick at Ace has been great with communication, so I believe they’ll try and work it out. Rails look good if you have the rails, and I don’t know another set that will...
Agreed. I feel like I’ve been very reasonable in waiting 4 weeks for a response. I’m understanding of all of the struggles that they’re going through with the pandemic and interruption of business as usual.........but 4 weeks?
What do you mean? Sorry, I’m just lost. I’ve adjusted multiple times and tightened to torque specs. I’m still getting a bad fitment. The passenger side Rubi rail never makes contact with the ace slider.
The drivers side doesn’t make contact at the rear and barely if any at the front, but...
Possibly, but the dealer is an extension. They can put the pressure on them to do work. Jeep obviously just doesn’t think fixing my vehicle is a priority.

I spoke to my case manager at Jeep Cares today. Last week I was told the dealership had submitted photos and they’re just waiting on a word back on repair. Today I’m told no pictures have been submitted (after 28 days) and that they hoped to have them submitted by the end...
It really is, and I’ll keep you all posted. At some point they’re breaching my warranty contract by failing to attempt to repair the vehicle in a timely manner.
@JeepCares
So here is an update. It’s been 4 weeks since I took it to the dealer for pictures and have the team there look at it. I’ve spoken to my case manager and to another case manager. I’m being told that they’re looking at it, but no one seems sure what stage it’s in. No one can give...
Just an update:
the first set of sliders I received were blemished pretty badly. ACE was kind enough to send new ones and a label for the old ones.
The new ones were blemished as well, but. It as badly. After 3 days of having them on my friend points out that the front end of the drivers side...
That
That was the dealers “guess”. Haha. No one is too sure. Would anyone see any potential harm by not installing that bolt but doing the others properly?
