  1. Someone destroys rented JTR

This is exactly what I think happened. Couldn't get them out using tow hooks, so likely used a chain and too small of a recovery vehicle. They likely tried to pull over and over again with force thinking it was like a kinetic rope...clearly the chain/strap didn't stretch and ripped the knuckle...
  2. Skyjacker 4.5 inch build on 40's

Any updates? I’m assuming they’re slow as you’re on the oil fields.

  4. Is anybody happy with the new Gladiator

I owned 2 Tundras and still own a sequoia. I traded a crew max 4wd in for my gladiator and don't regret it a bit. I've had a bunch of jeeps(some at the same time as the trucks), but having a vehicle that can do all the truck things I need, and be a Jeep with Offroad prowess, was perfect for my...
  5. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Looks great! I went true 35s for the first couple of years until warranty and TSB issues are squared away, then I'll make the jump as well.
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Got underneath and torqued the bolts back down on the suspension(3000 miles post lift) and then pulled the rear sway bars and greased up the bushings to quiet things down.
  7. JeepNCrowd's Overland/Rescue Build

I would love to hear more about that tent setup in the bed. I think it would be perfect for short stays in the mountains or for my kids on longer trips
  8. Softopper coming

Thats an awesome benefit. I bet it might be a little more aerodynamic as well
  9. Who has the most miles?

Awesome to see the miles climbing. I remember one fella who bought his in Texas? and drove to Alaska and back. I bet his miles are up there for sure! We've got 5600 miles in 5 months so far
  10. So, what is everybody towing?

I was checking out a buddies new farm during a rainstorm. He asked if we could use the Jeep to pull his camper out of the tall grass in the field. It had a hole in front of the jack, so the back end dipped to hook up the trailer. Yanked it around the farm for 30 minutes trying to clear trees and...

Have you uploaded them to Youtube? Thats the easiest way to do it, and then link the YT video here.
  12. Hooker Exhaust Axle Back

btw, how have the RE links been? I need to buy a set of quick disconnects to replace my homemade ones, but I want to make sure I buy a set that stiffen up the front when connected, and stay quiet when they aren't disconnected.
  17. Rubicon Express sway bar quick disconnects how to secure when disconnected?

You can buy the Rock Krawler or JKS straps separately if you need to. Back in the day, we would zip tie them to the sway bar, but it's not near as clean as the RK straps
