There are some guys on the camper van build forums that have installed resistors to mask the removal of air bags. In theory seems pretty simple - just need to know the correct resistance to shut off the warning light. On Transit vans the side curtain air bags are sometimes removed when building...

There is one on Exped portal up in TO. A little more than the range you were looking at but with a tent already on it. Have seen it in person and it is pretty much like new.
There is a recent thread building up the 3.6 with forged internals and then supercharging. That would be the most straight forward beyond a hemi swap. The hemi is heavy so supercharging would be better if you can get the motor to last.
I love my diesel but not sure there is any scenario where...
Added a Rhino Rack platform to the RSI smart cap today. Noticed that Front Runner and Rhino Rack show a rack the size of the cap as the fitment but wanted something that went over the cab a little. Was looking on CL for a used one. Last one I looked at was a literal POS and was $500. Ended up...
Loving the LOD sliders but no serious trails since installing them. Next month going to get out for a couple trips and will put them under a little pressure. The step has been a nice bonus my old back appreciates. The other sliders didn’t have any drop down.

Look at the grande Doumo of Florence Jeep Gladiator - a vast pile that has been sapping the purses of her citizens for five hundred years, and is not nearly finished yet. Like all other men, I fell down and worshiped it...
I am running the steel LOD Destroyers. Says 137lbs so a bit heavier than the aluminum sliders plus steel armor, but guessing a lot stronger. These JTs get hung up more with the long wheelbase. Its a good place to sacrifice a little weight.
Did you post up those lights for sale yet?
Not sure how much constant load I have in the truck. Will get it weighed again soon. Had to weigh it when it was delivered for registration so I can compare the numbers. But, shell, sliders, misc gear in the back, armor, etc its heavy. Here is a pic with the SD springs and our trailer. Tongue...
I have this same set up on my JT. Never drove it stock, but did go SD to HD on the springs. Ride is great. Gained 1/4" up front and a full 1.5" in the rear when I swapped springs. Backend is tall! Do some towing, shell and gear in the back plus a RTT at times.
Only issue I have run into that is...
Ironman 4x4 side rails
Had these on for about 6 months and switched to a regular step for the family.
Have a few bumps on the bottom from wheeling, but not significant.
Held a diesel off the rocks so plenty strong.
Pics are just as they were taken off to swap in the step rails.
$325 - priced...
AEV 2.5" springs from my JT diesel. Added the 3" high capacity springs for towing.
These were on for 6k miles and are great. If we didnt have a trailer would not have upgraded to the high capacity springs.
Imagine they would give an extra bit of lift to a gasser.
