I heard back from Readylift this morning. They said they have seen this before and try hitting it with a mallet. I have already attempted this and the metal is flush at the bottom and can't go any further. Waiting to hear back after my response to them.

I eventually did that but still didn't line up anymore than that picture I posted.

I'm in Spring Hill. Yes I drilled out the bottom hole like the pic shows above. It's the through hole for the long bolt and sleeve that doesn't line up. I can't figure out how it would even be possible. This step with the sleeve doesn't line up

I never tightened the bottom bolt. I was trying to get the factory hardware through to line up but it won't go. I've tried swapping sides and neither fit.

Hello, Just got my JT and was pumped. It's a 2021 Sport Max Tow with now 700 miles. Recently started howling a little while engine braking between 46-44mph. Also in 4hi it howls while engine braking. Is this normal? Thanks
