I dont think you want any tips from me. I ended up messing up my connector. Got the orange wire out and when I slid new one in it would bottom out and not "click" I could just slide it in and out. So I held it all the way in and snapped the red holder back on and it seemed to stay in place. But...

I've seen install videos and after they taze them they push all the buttons with nothing hooked to them and the lights turn on

I activated with my tazer and they show up in the menu. The little lights don't light when I push them. So must not have any power. I think I mangled that orange wire depinning it

Well this was my ground solution. Hardware store had some metric threaded couple that I put on whatever threads were exposed and bought an m6 bolt. May work. Wasn't a whole lot of thread to grab but seems secure. Aux switches still don't work though lol Thank you for all the suggestions, glad...

Well thats what I WANTED but the cost seemed too high and seemed like a HUGE project

Yeah I did the zautomotive front camera last summer, not bad but again depinning those wires...ugh. I finally got those out, a little mangled, I'm surprised my camera works lol

On a side note, there were 2 connections on that bolt, 1 of them won't reach that front bolt and I may have enough thread split them and dob1 on the front and 1 on the back. GREAT observation on seeing someone took that bolt off before. I didn't notice that and that would explain it that front...

Well thanks for the suggestions everyone. I went to bed last night with my tail between my legs thinking hmmm what if I parked it downtown and hope someone just stole it. So I decided to continue the Aux button install and worry about the ground when finished. I didn't want to get it figured...

So I ordered the Mopar Aux switches and got them yesterday. All excited to install and 1 of the first steps is to remove the ground from the body and this happens! Bolt just broke off! What the f***ing f***?!?! Only using a small 1/4" socket and I didn't eat any Wheaties today. Now what

Ugh reminds me of my last me vehicle I had. 6 days after I got it I was on the rig and it got COVERED in lime and it was raining. Ruined it.

One thing I don't care for is they don't give a price on a trade in till 2 weeks before new one arrives. I get a lot can happen between now and then but that can amount to a lot. I kinda want to know what I will save in taxes. If its low balled then I don't have a lot of time to sell.

Took the top and doors off today and drove around town since it hit 70 degrees. Had to put ot back on since it's gonna rain but it was nice. 1st time this year and by the looks of it I won't be able to for a month with this weather.
