Was the August 1st 2023 update to the NHTSA from FCA posted here? It has the timeline for replacement, and for us 2021 and 2022 owners it's not great. And it will probably be later than the schedule they're giving NHTSA.
Description of Recall Schedule : **08/01/2023: FCA US will notify...

Definitely not their responsibility, but some companies have great customer service that goes above and beyond their responsibility and some companies don’t.
I think if you have rock sliders + XL original you’re probably fine, the area the scratches are in would have been protected by rubi rails.
Just as a follow up, after emailing RokBlokz inquiring about a discount or return to exchange for the XL Long they offered me a whopping 10% off a new set. The same discount they offered everyone this weekend for their Memorial Day sale.
Sorry I must have missed where they specified the correct size for a factory 33” tire and factory wheels was XL long. The only sizing I saw was they recommended XL for bigger than 35” or offsets.
I’m trying to warn others with this thread since they don’t specify.
Please do check back in with...
Installed my RokBlokz XL original length this weekend and drove down my gravel driveway. Once I got up to speed on the main road I heard rocks from the tread start hitting the side of my Jeep. Sure enough I’ve got 4 sizable scratches down the side of my rocker less than 10 miles after...
Got it figured out, I guess I’m just reading it opposite. By touch, the “textured” side is smoother, but I guess by “textured” they mean “finished” side of the flaps. Poor wording but apparently I’m the only one falling for it.
Can anyone with these flaps tell me if your RB logo is printed on the smooth side of the flap or the textured side? The instructions reference smooth and textured but my logos are on the opposite side shown in the instructions.
Do you have them installed with the textured side facing the tire...
I sold my JLU outright to Carvana rather than trading it towards the JT at the dealer. So we were down a vehicle for 50 days, but Carvana offered $4000 more than the dealer.
Carvana would probably offer me even more now, I think used car prices have gone up more since 4/1 when I sold it.
Not the original poster, but I’ll give you my story.
I bought my 2019 JLU for 8% under invoice and traded it in in March with 16k miles for $600 more than I paid (before tax).
Same dealer gave me 7% under invoice on the new gladiator I ordered. Took about 50 days to come in.
Sold orders are a...
I’ve got a set in Hickory for $250. Just picked up the gladiator today, waiting on my aftermarket sliders to come in so I’m not in a rush to sell them but could if you have any trips up this way.
If you have a hard time selling the set and decide to split them up let me know. I’d like to get a 5th to replace my spare.
I’m also in Hickory oddly enough (Mountain View).
Dealers like Gupton and TriCity have people flying from halfway across the country to get 7-8% under invoice if you use their financing and join tread lightly. You probably won’t find a sure thing closer, but you can take a build sheet from one of those dealers and try pressuring your local...
