Yes, the climate and the country are nice. Rode my motorcycle 11 months of the year.
Gas is going to rise to 8 dollars or more once those 3 refineries finish closing.
Maybe that will be the nail in the coffin for that state.
Personally I can't stand the seating position of any of Toyota's trucks. Not to mention other issues I dislike. All the electronic bullshit like lane departure warnings.
Have always wanted a Jeep but have always had to have the responsible vehicle, 1985 S10 pickup for 14 years, 2001 Silverado...
I worked for Sears repairing appliances. The new ones
average a repair every two years.
The thing that pisses me off with new cars is the software in them. It stops being supported after a certain number of years so things like remote start stop working. Some require you to buy a subscription...
I stream music from my phone all the time. No commercials. No songs I don't like. Radio in my area sketchy. Sirius drops out going through thick tree cover or blocked by mountains.
I have ordered several items from Quadratec recently with no problems.
But I'm new here and don't plan on doing thousands of dollars in suspension upgrades.
Have wanted a Jeep for years. My 2001 Silverado hit 24 years of faithful service but several recent incidents have caused me to decide to give up my 2500. I no longer need it for towing a trailer. It still runs great.
So I was looking for a manual Jeep but after thinking about how much pain I...
I replaced the OEM rubber lines with stainless and EBC pads. I had replaced the brake fluid before which did improve things but you could feel the fade on hard rides.
Stainless and pads definitely better.
Stainless brake lines made a big difference on my Kawasaki motorcycle. Might not notice the difference as much here but I'm sure it would be an improvement.
Wouldn't suck having more choices. Don't like V8s? Don't buy one.
I remember in the 70s people dropping V8s into old Willys jeeps, then destroying the rest of the drivetrain piece by piece as it couldn't handle the extra power. Wonder how this will work out.
