I'm a little confused, are you running 37x12.5 or 11.5? Your post says 12.5 but you said you like pizza cutter look and it seems normal is to run 37x12.5 not the 13.5 and pizza cutter would typically mean 37x11.5. Plus I look at you pictures and the tire pop looks almost exactly like my Mojave...

Funny thing is it only does this stop the engine and then restart it when placed into Park in my garage. IT does not do it in a parking lot. So I must do something unique when I park in the garage as opposed to in a parking lot. Hmmmm
