Iām no expert but am all but certain the new bed rails come with clips; theyāre affixed and not detachable.....well, unless you break them that is ;)
My wife saw the plastic on the ground, didnāt say a word; just shook her head and walked away. After nearly 24 years of marriage, she knows when...
Can you please send me more intel on your setup? My Diamondback hit the local shipper and Iām taking delivery this week. While I have a double kayak trailer, I want a rack in top that will still allow access.....and it looks like yours does that? Thanks!
It's inbound so I've not even seen the DB yet so really can't offer an opinion. I will say that the factory guy I've been in touch with didn't see a bit fazed with either approach. It seems logical it would be more sound using the existing bed rail, not the trail rail since it's mounted with...
This one is $1500 listed so Iād guess I could get it for $1300 depending. I certainly donāt mind hauling less weight so will consider other lighter options like yours. Thanks!
Recent Gladiator buyer and Jeep convert. Found a Humvee Trailer local for a good price and have always wanted to build my own trailer. Does anyone have experience building and or just buying one and if so, howās it working for you? Iāll not use it for anything too technical but will go off-road...
I'm thinking of rigging this up myself with some extruded aluminum rails (t-slot) that I have from an old FJ Cruiser project (yes, I used to be on the dark side....or is this the dark side?) and need to mount to the bed. Still looking at how I want to mount the rail but will certainly need M6...
With the aircraft versions, the hole spacing is 4ā; will that work or must I drill holes in the rail and/or the truck bed. Really would like to avoid the latter tbh. Seems like Iāll already have to cut the 60ā version anyway.
I have a Diamondback cover inbound and had ordered a Teraflex rail. When ordering the Diamondback, I told them I had a Trail Rail so I suspect theyāre sending those parts.
Anyway, the Teraflex is on major backorder until about end of month (Cancelled the order) and since I ordered it before 1...
Haven't had a pickup truck in many years so bought a 1UP bike rack for the trailer hitch. It's the best of its kind; have had it nearly 10 years and it still looks/operates like new. With the Gladiator, I'm sure there's other options (like a ton) but I'll keep this forever and leave room in the...
