  1. Hotheads Headliner install

There are quite a few YouTube videos out there that provide thermal readings for how the headliners help with interior heat. Also, there is one that uses a decibel reader (not sure the technical name). I can't remember what brand of headliner it was but there was a significant reduction in road...
  2. Ideal area to mount aftermarket brake controller- show me yours

Under the steering wheel next to the center console for me. I used command strip velcro so I didn't have to drill into the plastic.
  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Installed the Hotheads Headliner. More pictures in the other post. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/hotheads-headliner-install.40229/
  4. Hotheads Headliner install

I was incredibly lucky to win the Hotheads Headliner drawing and wanted to show it off. I have not driven with it yet as it is lunch time and the Super Bowl is almost on. With that said it is 100 times better quality than the random Amazon headliner I had in my JKU. The hardest part of the...
  5. Added more power outlets.

I tapped into the rear power window wires. I wanted to ensure if the center console needed to be removed that it all came apart as a single unit. This of course means the outlets only work in the ACC or RUN mode but that is fine for the most part.
  6. Canopy vs canopy camper vs off road trailer...trying to decide

It is a homemade trailer that I built. I had an old military trailer I stripped to the frame and floor and then built it up from there.

  9. Canopy vs canopy camper vs off road trailer...trying to decide

I have an off-road (off-grid) camper trailer that I use. I am not a fan of the RTT because it has to stay on the truck and if I was going to put it on a trailer why not have hard sides and some more niceties that go with it. As for what I do with it, I leave it at the campsite. I always try to...
  10. Wind Noise Solved

You wouldn't happen to have before pictures would you? To show the difference in before and after.
  11. Yes, 37's and no lift on a 21 Sport will work

Is the only rub you are having on the fenders for vertical travel? I have been trying to figure out this setup for quite a while and your post is the best I have found so far. I do not have 37s but thinking about that when I need tires next. My setup is slightly different as I have Rubicon...

Great info. Thanks for the update
  13. New auxiliary switch bank

Can anyone tell from the website if this comes with the replacement cubby on the left side of the switches? This is if only the black 4 switches are ordered.
  14. Large Dog on Passenger Front Floorboard?

With Covid now a lot of dealers are letting you take test drives alone. It might be worth it to take a test drive and swing by the house if you are close enough or have someone staged close with your dog to see if she fits.
  15. Winch disconnect switch

I have the Harbor Freight 12k winch and it comes with a manual disconnect that I put next to the battery. I have seen similar ones on Amazon and other places though.
  16. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Bought and installed the Harbor Freight 12k synthetic line winch. A bit more of a pain than I wanted but it is in and all good. I first attempted to not take off the bumper but ended up having to as it was too much with it on. I painted the fairlead to match the rest of my orange. The switch is...
  17. Question for those who have recalibrated their Speedometers with a Tazer and/or the like.

I measured the actual tire and that got me close. Then I would take it out for a drive with a GPS app for the speed and adjust from there. I used an app and also Google maps to have multiple references. Also if you have the static speed signs helps to verify. I used the jscan if it makes a...
