Glad your truck is fine, I would still get insurance to check it out. You never know what happened underneath due to the impact. Better to get the entire tow hitch replaced to make sure when you use it you wont have issues. I know it most likely wont have any damage but since its not your fault...
Congrats and welcome to the club!!! I’m sure you will love it. Just one note on the 35” on standard rims. Depending on what type of driving you do, you do run the risk of the 35” tire leaving the rim if you deflate it for rock crawling. If you won’t be doing that type of driving then you will be...
Today I probably did one of the best mods to the Gladiator that can be done. It managed to get its first Jeep Badge of honor. Air down to 25psi sway bar disconnected, front and rear lockers with 4wd low used today :) how can that be anything other than a perfect day.
I must admit I get waved at by the modified wranglers. We have too many people buying wranglers to drive to the shops with. They have no idea about proper etiquette and bloody wave at me ya bastards. When out wheeling I get waves and always wave back.
Just got mine back. Very happy and from first feeling the truck actually feels a bit more stable. 35” Nitto Ridge Grappler on Black Rhino Armory wheels. Tires stands out a bit more than I planned but it’s growing on me very quickly :)
Thank you, I might pull the trigger on the 3.5 and see how it works. I’ll post photos when it’s done. I’m getting my 35” installed tomorrow on Black Rhino Armory rims.
Has anyone looked at the Rough Country 3.5" lift kits? I'm not sure if mopar will release anything bigger than the 2". Shipping is supposed to be starting Friday...
Congrats!!! Let’s see if we can get some more people together and then organize a meetup point. I’ll be up at Big Bear again this weekend playing around.
I’m getting my new rims and tires tomorrow. Selling my upgraded 4 x Rubicon black polished rims and tires Falken Wildpeak AT 285 70 R17 with 800 miles. $1300 obo. Includes spare rim and tire (not an alloy wheel). Orange County CA.
I have the trail cam. I’ve attached some photos so you can see the mounting on the grill. I can’t get in to see the wiring. What I can tell you is although this is a nice to have it does not replace a spotter completely, in saying that if I had the option to reorder mine now I would have...
How many of us SOCAL Gladiator owners will be keen to organize a local meetup for a trail run? Nothing hardcore just get out there and enjoy our rigs. Open to all Jeep Owners.
