2018 Ford Explorer

With mix of highway and city I've been averaging 18.2-18.3 pretty consistently. Took a 400 drive to DC, all highway. Best I got was 19.2 avg for the trip. Mostly doing 70-75 mpg. Stock Rubicon.

I had seen that before but wondering if the bumper could be cut so the install would look like a steel bumper winch install.

I'm sure the answer is no but could a plastic bumper be modified to add a winch. If a winch plate was installed, could a portion of the top be cut away to fit the winch and a section be cut from the front and a fairlead plate added?
