My 2c ... unless you have photos of what/how the condition was when sent back, I'd think your in for bad news.

WOW ... same as here in Australia! Jeeps are awesome but they are let down by the back-up/dealer 'service'!
Thats where Aus is better ... they cant DQ you for something you did yourself (aka 'right to repair'). If you install a lift and the engine falls out, it must be covered!
That is a very tough question ... in Australia I would probably go for the diesel. If there was no diesel Rubicon, I'd probably take a diesel Sport S Max Tow and use aftermarket the heck outta that. I dont really see any situation where I'd buy an Overland - too nice inside! :)

AGM batteries are not suited for use under the bonnet, too much heat! They will work, but you will get less life from them. Lead acid is the way to go under the bonnet.
The title should be changed to 'European Union' as the UK will not be getting this (diesel) - and they are out of the EU (since 1/1/21), but still in Europe!
That's what the rest of the world gets ... JK was the same. FCA and Jeep just don't care about anyone outside the good ol' USofA!
