I live in my motorhome. The RV park I live in does not like people working on their vehicles. Also, don't forget some people may not physically be able to do their own work.
In Nevada, I had a a film placed on the windshield. It is quite a bit thinker than normal film. I did take a stone to the windshield. You can see where there is what looks like a puncture in the film. Not sure if the damage went all the way to the glass or not. I would have to pull the film off...
Not sure about other JT's, but mine I have to pull handle twice. Only because I try pulling handle before it has unlocked. Too impatient to wait, I guess.
I saw these on a JL. Really like them. My question is do they also act like a slider. I know very few of the steps available are also strong enough to act like a slider if needed.
I know that I am not the brightest bulb in the box, but I think people are forgeting that the fuel level that is being reported to the computer is from the float attached to the fuel pump assembly. If the float is not adjusted properly, you will get false readings. Luckily, it is in our favor...
Many moons ago (30+ years), I use to live next to Chicagolands biggest grocery store distrivution warehouses. On occassion, I could hear the truckers talking on their radios through my stereo speakers. The only problem with that was the stereo was turned off. Now I work with electronics and some...

Here is my take on all of this.
We all pretty much agree that AUTO mode works fairly well. It is MANUAL mode that is in question. In AUTO mode, the computer makes the adjustments to temp, fan and outlets based on the temp we select. MANUAL mode works the same way except the person driving takes...
On mine, I have noticed the cooler air also. Not ready to say mine is bad. On a long road trip, I felt the cooler air after the temp was set. But, it never let the interior temp go cooler than what it was set at. The wife had her side set warmer than my side. I reached over and could feel the...

In all the different threads asking for help about building or offroading, I have not seen the one most helpful answer. Search out for other Clubs in your area. Any GOOD club welcomes a newbie along and will help them. A big plus with this idea is the you are not breaking the cardinal rule of...
