Thanks for the offer, The Moore expo is pretty cool. I went one year and it was sleeting. I didn't stay long, just long enough to get a ton of stickers and swag..lol. The one local, is $250, so I'll have to pass on your Legacy system.
There is a Decked bed organizer being sold locally. It is currently in a 3rd gen Tacoma and he thinks it was in a Ranger prior to him buying it. Any idea if it would fit the Gladiator? Are the tops easily available to buy and swap out so it fits the gladiator? It's a great deal and I don't want...
I swapped out for the newer design. I was already in the engine doing a spark plugs change. Can't say if it's better or not. But 100k miles maintenance and a few extra $$ to get a new one didn't hurt.
I want to replace mine. Did you find a decent source?
TheOpa has good advice. 3M double sided tape should work just fine, it's what holds the door moldings to most cars.
Solid plan (same as mine :)) i wish someone would make a DIY swap kit. I have a 5.3 in the garage but haven't found a DIY kit yet. I don't want to pay more than the worth of the jeep to swap engines.
I have no plans on getting rid of it anytime soon. The used market prices tanked. I haven't moded it much at all, so I'll probably start making some changes to it.
Not too bad. I was able to get a tank of 87 octane but ethanol free. I averaged 21mpg. The e10 crap we have here is usually closer to 16.5 mpg. but I've been driving gingerly.
2020 Sport S, 6MT. I did have the "tick" and replaced cams and lash adjustors at 61k miles, one set of dead batteries, and recently replaced the spark plugs and PCV valve. Oil changes every 5k miles. I would love to "upgrade" but the current state of the used market doesn't make sense for me to...
I came here to ask about shocks. My 2020 is about to hit 100k miles and is rough going over bumps, rough roads. I'll try the 5100s, but Northridge4x4 only has 1 rear shock in stock. I guess try the fronts and wait for them to restock the rears.
