Mine was apparent when they looked at it today. They did say it seems to be a slow leak and let me drive away until parts are in.

At the dealer and they need to keep the truck to take it apart to diagnose the issue. They haven't had one of these axle issues yet and are saying they have to take it apart to figure it out.

My biggest issue is how can the dealer figure out if it's a seal issue vs overfill from factory or vent issue? I mean you can check the level of fluid and possibly the vent, but do they do this prior to pulling it apart?
