i also placed my order on the 31st, but they didn't get the order input until the 1st. i wasn't aware i was getting a 2021 until the email from FCA giving me my approx. eta (9/18). we'll see how close we are to that date!

got my updated email today. original email stated week of 8/30; new email states week of 9/18. they said everything else in the email was correct. i also called the dealership and was told it was sent to Body on monday. so.... i guess we're getting close. :)

i meant where are you getting the "D1" status etc? this lookup and the emails are the only places i know to get information.
