I towed a 4500 lb trailer about 500 miles mostly flat terrain and only problem I encountered was wanting more power at 70 mph, got 11.2 mpg on trip.

Problem with so many dealers especially where I live is incompetent dealer technicians and only look at codes vs. the old school techs that could figure it out and the no pay techs get for warranty work... I know because I was a certified Chrysler dodge Jeep tech at several dealers for 10 years.

When I had mine done the wait on parts approximately 2 weeks, dealer took all day to do it and was not happy with the finished product, fluid everywhere,overfilled reservoir steering wheel off center and don’t feel the new steering box was all that helpful...should have left alone. Problem where...

I thought mine was a ” jeep thing” issue and had wandering from huge tires/ lift. Coming from a Toyota person of 20 years. Wife drove it once and said it was too much wander. I however got used to it but decided to get the TSB done at Gerry wood last week and there is a significant difference...
