    I got them to lower the temp in the engine bay. They do nothing for that. Temp is exactly the same driving fast, slow or parked. Makes no difference at all.

    The winch weight is 59 lbs. The bumper is about the same. Apx 120lbs total. No where near 300 to 400 lbs.

    Yes you have to take the entire thing off. As mentioned there are a million screws..... as for instructions just search YouTube for JL or j t bumper removal there's a few videos.
