You have to understand that most people that buy a/any Jeep, Rubcon, Mojave, etc. Does it for fun/status and commuting reasons only, most will never see offroad duty. So all the specialty ofroad parts matter not, IMO.
Good to hear new JTs are arriving with good steering boxes. Sounds like I can take the chance and place an order now. I was afraid to order and get stuck with a JT with bad steering.
Personally, I like the look of the Mojave, but none of the Rubi things I need, such as double lockers, crawling gear ratio, and axle disconnect. The other models would require bigger tires, maybe wheels, and reprograming for larger tires. With the Mojave I have the whole package mostly the way...
I spoke to my dealer, and they said the cold wx package is available on the Mojave.... Also said that if the factory plan holds, they would have a couple of Mojaves at the dealer in 2 months... I would not hold my breath though...
