There is probably a 1/2 inch clearance.. it’s a little easier to see in the new picture.. I think it fits just right... and you are right... with the rubicon you should have more room because your fenders sit higher.

Yeah fit is great. Factory fog lights swapped right over.... And my tires Don’t rub like they did on the stock bumper. The only thing I didn’t count on was the license plate had no where to mount so I had to buy the holder separately. If you are in a state that does not require a front tag...
