Jeep had to go in for a Stop/Start issue (just says not ready 24/7) but asked them to install mine while it was there. So that should be cool to see when I get it!
Moved up to 37 Ridge Grappler, so parting ways.
They have 15/32 tread on all 5 tires. I rotated them in with a spare.
One had a nail but was repaired at a tire shop. The nail didn't leak, but I didn't want it in, so had them sink a plug in.
Looking for $1,000.
I opted to order a set of round halogen auxiliary driving lights.
Kind of excited to have another reason to throw a set on.
Should work well in last ditch effort to combat the snow.
Should be able install them this weekend. Glad this thread popped up, was curious what others thought.
On 10.24.2020 I added the Rock Slide Engineering steps; I did not opt for the rock guards, as I don't rock crawl all the time; yet. I did go to Menards, picked up some LED lights and installed them myself, liked the brightness they had:
They do make noise when they open and close, which I...
Pulled off after 20,000 miles to add the RSE steps.
Would recommend line x - two small spots starting to show rust.
Looking for $200.
Prefer local pickup as shipping may be a pain..
Ended up going to the deer woods, so I took it off on a trail for the first time after owning it for 20k miles.
Had to cut a tree up to get by, but made it quite a ways in!
Only 1 or 2 miles, but pretty fun!
Awesome thread, think you helped me decide to go with 37" Grapplers. I have the 2" lift and 35" set, but craving that 37 look.
I do have the stock Rubicon wheel, so a hair different, but the LE wheels look sweet..
Now just need to sell 5 35's :CWL:
I too have a momento days cam, front and rear, mounted actually on top of my rear view mirror.
I take the roof off all the time, but did exactly the same method you did.
Added the Mopar 2" lift - feel as if the Rubicon should come stock with a 2" lift and 35 inch tires. Just seems natural!
Also took a little trip in the woods recently, so I'll get them added soon.
Yup, I really like this one as well.
I do really like my hooks in the rear; any suggestions? I can certainly goovle but wanted to thank you for the photos - looks as good as I hoped for.
