The factory fill MOPAR coolant that came in your truck is rated at 10 years or 150,000 miles.
Just wondering why you would think this is needed on your 2021 already?
When I got my MOPAR 3pc. steel front bumper PN: 82215121AF it came as a complete assembly with LED fog lights already installed.
Did MOPAR discontinue including the lights in the complete assembly?

I was also of the impression that the steel rear bumper & bed protectors don't come standard on the Rubicon, but are an additional cost option...
They began to use a new refrigerant in the A/C system starting with the introduction of the JL in 2018.
It does produce colder air output than the previous R135a & is quite a bit more expensive when you need a re-charge, or work done to the system as well.
I have been running 285/75R/17 Toyo Open Country A/T's mounted on Mopar Off Road wheels.
This combination weighs the same as the stock black Mojave wheels w/Falken 285/70R/17 Wildpeak A/t's (right around 90#/wheel if I remember correctly).
Couldn't be any happier with these so far after putting...
