Burnt valve on that cylinder, too? There is a reason that runner looks bad and the rest of them seem OK. Might have warped and given you a vacuum leak. Change it, why take a chance with a new engine.

I was being facetious… my point is that I would prefer it to be in writing somewhere in their literature that a 2023 Sport S with the tow package is rated at 6000 pounds.

My owner's manual for my 2023 Sport S Willys w/tow package doesn't have a separate listing for the weight rating. It just lists 4500# for a Sport S automatic. I bought it after reading that it was rated for 6000#, probably from you posting the page in your owner's manual for 2022. Not blaming...
