  1. JT aftermarket exhausts hardly seem worth it.

I don't think you've missed anything, they're a huge waste of money. I opened up my exhaust for $30. It's like paying $1000-$1900 for an aluminum front bumper that consists of a $45 3/16" aluminum plate with 2 or 3 brake bends and 8 holes drilled in it that literally takes a few minutes to build.
  2. JT aftermarket exhausts hardly seem worth it.

That's a question for Jeep "engineers". There's probably several reasons they deem legitimate why they've programmed the ECM to this power level that make absolutely no sense to end users.
  3. JT aftermarket exhausts hardly seem worth it.

The herd mentality toward CAI's on this forum is epic, lol. I've read posts were people actually believe the ECM has the power of God, and if you give your engine more air in, and no restriction out, it doesn't matter, because the almighty will just compensate for it. I agree timing can be...
  4. Leveling Mojave?

The guy I talked to at Fox yesterday said up to an inch in front would be fine without shock or jounce extensions unless you're maxxing out travel. He was a bit vague about limit straps. I left the conversation with no more information I had going in. I guess a fella would have to install...
  5. Holley Intech CAI

I sent the Holley Intech back for refund and decided to try the AFE Magnum Force with dry filter. I'm returning it also. Why someone would put such a giant filter on a tiny 2 7/8" pipe is beyond my comprehention. The intake tube is a little thicker than a beer can, covered in bed liner with no...
  6. Kaiser

How many of you knew the first Jeep pickup was called a Gladiator? I just found out this morning, ;)
  7. 35" tire question

Fwiw, gents, my steel spare was 91 lbs. Have not taken stock aluminum wheels off yet to weigh them, but I'll be running 18x9 -12 XD Grenades (33 lbs on scale) and LT 285/75R18 Duratracs(60 lbs) for I'm assuming a gain of 2-5 lbs per corner for 35.1" (unloaded) tires. The spare measures right at...
  8. Leveling Mojave?

    Thank Johnny, damn nice truck.
  9. Leveling Mojave?

That's crazy, it looks just a hair high in front with 1.5" spacer. Measuring fender to fender, mine is actually 1/2" higher in front, yet looks like it's raked at least an inch. I'm guessing due to highline front fenders.
  10. Leveling Mojave?

No problems with shocks topping or bottoming out from lack of bump stop extensions and shock extension brackets? How hard are you running it? I like the partial debadge, btw
  11. Leveling Mojave?

My wife really doesn't like me hanging out with you guys.
  12. Leveling Mojave?

Damn you guys got some nice trucks, I'm starting to regret getting white, lol
  13. Leveling Mojave?

Is that pic with 1.5" front and stock rear?
  14. Leveling Mojave?

Yeah, doesn't seem to be level, yours looks good though ?
  15. Leveling Mojave?

Help me out guys, will I be ok adding a 1" Terraflex spacer to front coils without 1" bumpstop extensions? Or would I be better off with TF 1.5" in front, .5" rear and 1" front jounce extensions?
  16. Anyone here done a bobber?

    That's a good point :like:
  17. Anyone here done a bobber?

    That's kinda where I'm at.
  18. Mojave Hood scoop

The vents are real, they just don't do much. Pop your hood and try to find the fender vents from the engine bay. Then look down at the ground on either side of the engine and you'll see where all the incoming air is exiting.
