I would have bought from them too, but their website said "out of stock" at the time. I pretty much only use my cover when doors are off (and I only have the doors off when I'm running the soft top).

I edited my original post to address your question. I don't know what I was thinking by not including them. Also keep in mind, some covers out there are just that, pretty much a fabric that covers/shades your Jeep but does very little more. However some of them are made of thick & waterproof...

Here's my pics of the Bestop cover of my OEM (Bestop) soft top. Under the cover, the full doors are removed but the Tube doors with full size mirrors are installed. I'll let you decide if it will work with your set-up or not... It might do its job, IF your roof rack is empty... ?

What keeps throwing me off (second guessing myself) is the Quadratec site lists the "Sailcloth" top as more expensive than the "Premium Twill". Price difference of $3457.79 to $2623.14.
