This is my guess as well. I change my own oil for this exact reason. No one will take care of your car like you do. My guess is they changed the oil and left the filter. There have been many cases where people are billed for services that are not performed.
If I was going to be doing long trips all the time with 3 kids the Gladiator would be a distant memory. I would opt out for a full size SUV with a third row and a ton of comfort.
Starlink is the answer to this 100%. I have one of these antenna's on a remote island off the coast of Alaska with 200+ meg internet speeds. Seems to be very stable in that location. You are in GA, should easily be able to get VERY good service from a starlink dish.
It seems like there are a lot of aftermarket exhaust systems being sold second hand for the Gladiator. I assume it is because they are just unbearable and people went back to stock.
Another thing you can do which may suck is to factory reset the phone and try it all again. But I'm not sure how those phones work so you may need to do a backup.
I had a similar issue with the GF and her phone in her car while mine worked fine. Ended up doing an update on her iphone and the bluetooth issues disappeared. I wonder if you can do a firmware update on yours. Can you check your phone and your wifes and make sure they are running the same update?
