So how did everyone kill power ? I disconnected my main battery and removed the ground on the inside fender next to the battery but I still have dash lights .did everyone here still have power when removing the center St wheel air bag ?
I got my Paddle shifters and I am trying to kill power to the jeep. I have the pos and neg removed from the main battery and the grounds removed on the from the rear RH fender . If I remove the ground towards the front fender next to the air intake the dash flashed like a Christmas tree so I...
I'm thinking maybe its plugged into a port in the fuse box and not liking it. I plugged mine at the Bluetooth speaker fuse port... I do not have that in mine so good place for it. just guessing here ..
I have the same on mine and I removed the cheep pivot and latch hook and replaced them with the factory hardware . Only special tool is Snap-Ring pliers .
Plus after the 3~6 month trial period you have to pay to keep that service.. He did pay for it to get his unit tracked and thats the last we heard from him.
Sorry no pics but once you have them in hand you will see what you need to do. Replace the after market bolts with the factory pins and latches .. Very easy I would give it a 1 out of ten on difficulty.
I have those also .. you can R&R the factory ones and transfer the inner parts over getting it back to factory and get rid of those bolts on the hinges !
The web sight is kinda confusing .... hit order now and fill out the first page and I think the second page it will ask what year vehicle,type and battery #. I have it all filled out just have not pushed the button yet !
