I had ordered a 2022 in Zynith back in November, I was contacted by the dealer telling me that my color was no longer available and I had to pick a secondary color. They didn't give me any new color to pick from. If Gobi becomes an option I will be disappointed

The response I got when I asked if he knew why I had to pick a secondary color. 'Chrysler gives me no explanations on the color they just let me know that its not available'. Based on that reply, my secondary color is not going to be secondary but the color it's going to be.

I have silver zynith selected on my order, I was just asked to provide a second color because they are trying to move it to D1 but might need to change colors :-(

My dealer said that I needed to wait until the truck made it to them before any money off or financing could be determined. :-(. That's disappointing. But a lesson learned I guess. This is my first Jeep and first built vehicle. Any suggestions for me when I talk to my dealer?

I updated with my information! Lake Jackson Tx area. They told me 90+ days on 11/17, longer since I got the duel doors.

I ordered mine on 11/17. I end up texting my sales rep once a week for an update. Is the jeep chat just like the chat on the Jeep webpage? This is my first Jeep and first built vehicle so I am beyond excited.
