I bottomed it out and he said it indeed is an issue.
Emailing jeep customer care as we speak. The tech said when we got back to the dealership and I quote
"Nothing much we can do besides cutting the bump stops and/or lifting it"

I have to take a tech out with me and drive him to a spot i know it will happen. I have to be going 10 MPH or more for it to happen though. I hope it will be approved.
Is this a good lift kit? I only want it if I DONT need to replace my drive shafts. For $2000, that's an amazing price for a full kit.

Ill take them out when I have time. I notice I have to be going like 15 MPH over bumps. Which is still stupid to me.
When are we supposed to get the update?
Update So my jeep dealership didn't find anything wrong with my jeep. No bottoming out, or anything.
Went over a bump and it happened. I did notice that I need to be going 10 MPH rto 15 MPH for it to do it. Should I even try and take their tech out and show them this or is it a lost cause?
I am in southern utah. They need to fix this though. I didn't buy this vehicle to be able to not go off-road which I have not been able to because of this problem. If the fix is a lift then a lift it should be. I am going to push for a fix.
Update, Jeep people called me monday. They called my dealership and I have an appointment with them to diagnose the issue on the 8th. I pray they don't go telling me it doesn't have an issue. I know it exists. Ill email the guy on the 8th when I take it in and hopefully this will be resolved...

I already called them. The problem is they directed me to Mopar Vehicle protection and NO ONE else apparently.
This is after doing the instruction on giving them the TSB and the other person's case number.
