    This just happened to mine after a bunch of downloads. Am/fm grayed out, no audio, volume control doesn't go up, It even said radio unavailable on start up.

    I upgraded my GMRS Radio and have no use for this one. All you need is an antenna and cable and your good to go. $115 shipped.
