When I removed the Jeep emblem on the tailgate of my 2021 JT Sport S I found locating holes.
So I added some embellishments to cover the holes. They kinda go with my Veteran's plate.
Yeah, I found out about that Curt device yesterday. I placed an Amazon order last night and it was delivered today.
Gonna install it tomorrow, then give it a test and fine tune the settings. Tuesday is tire swap day for the two trailers and if all goes well, I'm gonna put up my ad to sell the...
I use high resolution FLAC files on a good USB stick (PNY 128GB - USB 3.0 spec - available at Amazon $21.99 for a two pack) formatted in FAT32.
I had an issue when I tried to load folders with music in them on a USB. Once I loaded individual tracks on the USB I had no problems. My current play...
So last year we purchased a custom teardrop camper. We've enjoyed it and learned a lot about these rigs. Bottom Line: It was just too small but we liked the layout of the main cabin and rear kitchen.
Today we brought home an upgrade. Still a cabin with rear kitchen but it's much wider (I'm...
I use both. If I am just traversing a flat area I am in Auto. If I am climbing a steep grade I use manual to keep the RPMs where I want them for crawling.
Thanks for the info you linked. So the 2 pairs of speakers are for the upper dash and knee speaker locations. The 1 pair is for the sound bar, yes?
I have a Sport JT with no sub, just the six speakers. Will these work given that setup?
Lastly, if I don't do the knee speakers will I creating a...
I moved from a Willys JL in Snazzberry (aka Delmonico Red on Rams) to a JT Sport with the tow package. It doesn't have all the packages you described above (no heated seats, no leather, it has the standard head unit & audio system) and I am very happy with the change. I made it in consideration...
I did just that very same thing with the JT and a lot of other vehicles I've purchased.
Somehow, I missed the line in the 8 pages of build sheet that showed Remote Start as included. Of course, the manual says "If Equipped" in a LOT of areas so there's no certainty what came on the vehicle...
...I have Remote Start!
OK, OK...so I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. I purchased my JT Sport on 8/23/23, downloaded the window sticker plus the build sheet, and read through them being focused on whether or not it had the tow package, what gear ratio it was built with, did it have Android...
I have that rack and I've been very happy with it. I haven't enclosed it but that should not be hard to do. You'll need some hardware of course. When I got my XPLOR rack I also ordered a second hardware pack. It's come in handy when adding the side panels to the rack.
We went back out on Apache Trail near Apache Junction in Arizona yesterday. It was sort of blustery up on top of Fish Creek Hill but it was another great day out in the Arizona wilderness.
We had just got back from a nice little camp outing the week before.
Regarding No. 6 on your list....
I'd suggest going with portable panels vs. fixed as you can't always park in a spot that provides optimum sun capture. The portable panels can be moved around, and they are small enough to stow easily.
Also, consider LiFE P04 batteries as part of a portable...
