I went with 315/70/17 BFG KO2's on my Overland and love them.
I'm confused about gear ratio's. Is this something that can be calibrated using the Tazer, or is this a mechanical component that has to be changed? I plan on adjusting by tires size for speedo calibration, but i know there is an...
Thanks for the replies. I didn’t realize Amber’s were better for rain and snowy conditions. Makes sense though!
I’m kind of digging the Quake with the halo ring, and the amber turn signals. If they have the option to run amber as fogs, that’d be even better.
I just scored a rubicon steel bumper take off, but since my overland LED fog lamps won’t fit. I was looking for a solid replacement. Currently got my eye on the Quake Halo 4” LED fog lamp.

Yup! It went moderately smooth. I had an issue with my driver said LCA lining up into the bracket. I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the axle forward to get it to line up. Rear suspension was a breeze.
I used some shock extension brackets in the front to compensate for the lift, but noticed...
Thanks man.
So I got my steel bumper as a take off, I am pretty sure i've narrowed down all the parts i'll need to install, skid plate brackets, rivet nuts, and some screws. The problem will be the fog light brackets. I have the LED package on my overland, so i won't need to flash, but the...
Hmm would like to know also, as I just bought a take off steel bumper with skid plate that I’ve yet to install…
I heard I’ll have issues with my Overland fog lights fitting on the steel bumper. I wish there was a parts number list for the bolts, skid plate brackets, and fog light brackets.
Not the best angle with the top pic, but that’s before the 1.5” teraflex spacer.
Bottom pic is with the front 1.5” spacer and 3/4“ rear spacer. Perfect amount of rake if you tow occasionally, which I will.
I'd take half these replies with a grain of salt....everyone's opinions will differ, until YOU'VE tried the tires/with how you drive, tow etc..you'll never know. I've heard nothing but good things about BFG KO2's, and they have snowflake rating etc etc. They are one of the TOP A/T tires.
I decided to go with a +10 offset, wheels will be in on Saturday, hoping to have new tires/wheels on Monday. I did the rubicon take off suspension, with 1.5" spacer up front and the 3/4" rear spacer in the back. The stance even with the stock tires looks amazing, so I can't wait for the 315's.
So I recently installed a rubicon shock and coil takeoffs on my Overland, as well as the 1.5” Teraflex front spacers..this gave me about a 2.5” lift up front overall…I added the synergy shock extension brackets to hopefully keep the same travel as my OEM shocks..
My question is…1. Was it...
I’m running the 1.5” front spacers. I’m getting the same exact size tire, but with a 8.5 wheel with a -10 offset on thursday. I’ll keep you posted, but I anticipate no rub or issues with mine. If i were you i’d do the 1.5” spacer up front.
