  1. would you let your 18 year old have a Jeep

At 18 they are adults and should make their own decisions.
  2. Looking for real world experience with Accuair lift.

After the positive feedback from Dragonfly and an extensive conversation with Mark at Accuair, my order will be placed in the morning. Thanks to everyone for the information.
  3. Looking for real world experience with Accuair lift.

I have been looking at the Accuair dynamic lift. My other Jeeps are all spring lifts. On my first gladiator I found myself using it as it was designed to be used. After a while I installed airbags to help with the ever changing loads. In looking at the Accuair system it appears it would work...
  4. Rusty’s Off-Road

Thanks for all of the feedback. Definitely helpful in making my decision.
  5. Rusty’s Off-Road

I’ve searched but haven’t found very much information on Rusty’s products. My primary interest is quality. I’m looking at the triangulated four link with air bags rather than springs. I would appreciate any information from anyone that has experience with their products. As with all vendors I...
  6. Mopar Ducks.

We have six Jeeps. I’ve gotten one duck in my 2010 JKUR that is a mild build, my wife has been given 53 ducks for her 2017 heavily built JKU. None for the others including my JTR that gets compliments in parking lots every time we go to town. I’m convinced she gets so many because she always...
  7. 392 Gladiator V8 Hemi confirmed by Jeep CEO!

If the Gladiator came with leaf springs I would buy it. I would actually prefer it. Providing it was set up correctly.
  8. Mojave should come with 4.56 gears 4.10s dont cut it

I won’t pretend to know what is right for everyone. I can only speak to my experience. My 2020 JTR with 37’s and 4.10’s was miserable, seldom seen 7th mostly 6th at 75 mph. Regeared to 5.38’s it would still go to 7th on slight inclines, but would mostly run in 8th. Had modest mpg gain over...
  9. Rear air bag fill fitting location?

This was going to be temporary in 2020. Never changed it, then used the same location on my 2025. I haven’t damaged the lines but I’m sure it will happen eventually.
  10. JT owners post your MPG

My first JTR initially got 16.5 to 18 mpg with no modifications. With 37’s and 2” lift mileage fell to 12, the added the RSI smart cap with rack and boxes and winch mileage fell to an average of 10.8 over 3,300 miles. Finally decided the 4:10’s had to go, went with 5:38’s. Drove it another 35K...
  11. How big of a winch do I really need?

I have a Warn Zeon 12K with synthetic rope. After using it for the last five years I won’t say it’s too big, but I will say it is not necessary. When people ask me why a 12K on a Gladiator I simply say because I wanted it. I enjoy seeing how other rigs are built. At the end of the day the Jeep...
  12. engine replacement advice request

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I’ll share my experience and leave you with what I wish I had of done. My 2020 JTR @51,000 miles developed a tick that quickly became a rattle. Took it to the dealer. My warranty had expired five months earlier. I opted for a new engine. That invoice was...
  13. My navigation system will not load locations in Canada

On my 2020 JT Rubicon the navigation system will not load locations in Canada. Has anyone encountered or found a way to get this added? I took it to my dealer and they said it would need to be done online. The only updates I’ve found online are for the existing maps. Thanks for the help
