Update on my right rear leak: The axle is no longer leaking after removing the restrictive membrane on axle vent.

I used brake cleaner and got my right rear dust shield cleaned up. Appears to be a very minor leak. Perhaps the increased venting will prevent future leaks. Not sure how I plan to waterproof the vent (I removed the membrane while inspecting it). Could use k&n filter skin as a membrane, or...

I did put the multiple layers of felt pads back in place and so feel comfortable about dust, just not moisture. I think an inadequate vent would always leak from one side only, because the excess pressure is quickly mitigated.

Added comparison pics to original post. PFCC cleat is a bit shinier. Identical size. Stainless t-bolt is same size but has ridges on underside which don’t effect function.

Had to run my sled to the dealer, first opportunity to see that I did indeed install the Mopar brake controller correctly! ?? It’s a 7x14 full aluminum, 3500lbs with two sleds and gear. Was surprised that the factory mirrors seem adequate with the convex I have stuck on them as well.

I got the notification as well… talked to the service dept. and they told me it must be a mistake because mine has power locks. I figured they were wrong but didn’t feel like arguing that day. I always use my power locks, and not key, so hoping I’m not at risk of failure in the mean time.?!?

My factory installed trail rail system on my ‘22 Rubicon has all hex heads, including the two at the back.

Not ideal, but just cosmetic, and easy to spruce up with some paint. The steering wheel is a drag link adjustment and super easy to do yourself.

I really like the cab as is, but that also looks nicely designed!

ummm, yeah I was just referring to the installation of the factory heater in the factory location. It works well in the -35°C stuff we get in Saskatchewan.
