  1. Guys HELP!!! Gas Or Diesel

If you dont have at least a 15 minute daily drive with 5 minutes of above 60 mph I would suggest a gasser. The diesel needs time to warm up or it will cause emission issues. If you are not an engine guy or specifically a diesel guy I would not recommend diesel it as the gasser is likely more...
  2. FYI: Tread Lightly Discount Signup Summary (FCA Program)

In your opinion where do you think I should be with pricing on this build? 5% below MSRP seem like shit. I would like to catch Spencer but that drive would not work for me.
  3. FYI: Tread Lightly Discount Signup Summary (FCA Program)

Are you guys dropping this Tread Lightly discount on the sales person on day of pickup for further discount or telling them of it before you agree on pricing? MSRP 53,535 and he say best he can do with employee discount code is 50,687. I am trying to get a local dealer to go past employee...
  4. Active Safety Group and Adapt Cruise Packages

Does anyone want to guess if it would do anything for seeing and stopping for deer? We have the nations highest deer collision rate in my area and I would take any stopping ability I could get.
  5. Any hope for a manual diesel option?

FCA does not have any manual transmissions that could handle that much torque. It is very, very unlikely.
  6. MBRP Single SS Exhaust Weight

Cat back system is 43 lbs. I just weighed an OE system.
  7. Gladiator broken windshield

How long have you had the Racing Optics film and does it get hazy over time?
  8. Progress of building and delivering the Eco-Diesel

Can any of you guys help me confirm a few things on ordering a 3.0L. Will I still get the limited slip differential in the Willys model diesel or does it void because of the different axles? Will a Willys come with wide axles? Will I get the additional off road screens/displays on the 7"...
  9. Mojave or Rubicon Seats.

I saw a guy on facebook market with a set for like 1500 for front and rear in detroit.
  10. Diesel Rubicon Mountain Tow

Turbo Charged engines will accommodate for the change in elevation because it is forcing air instead of drawing it into the engine. You should not notice any reduction in power due to elevation. Frontal area will be fine as a pop up will only be about 35sqft If you add 1,100lb to the camper...
  11. JT Rubicon Rear Locking Axle Sensor

Am I the only person that see a ridiculous $179 price for a few wires? :(
  12. Mopar Catback Exhaust on JT

If anyone wants to know what a PITA it is to remove the OE exhaust I can tell you first hand as I have removed and installed more than literally any person should (10+). It will not come out like any typical exhaust as it is one piece. Your best bet is if you have 2 post hoist. You need the...
  13. 24+ mpg after 6 weeks on the road

I have read and counted all of your comments up to this point. There seems to be a sharp line of those below 20mpg (more like 15-19) are Rubicons and Sport S with Max Trailer 4:10 gears and those above 20mpg (20-25) are mostly Overlandsers and those with 3:73 gears. Facts only ' )
  14. First impressions after 500 Miles in a FULLY loaded EcoDiesel Gladiator Rubicon

The fenders also have an extra lip to them that should correlate to the wider axle.
  15. First impressions after 500 Miles in a FULLY loaded EcoDiesel Gladiator Rubicon

They are definitely Dana 44 axles but they dont call them "Max tow" axles because they are 3:73 gears on the Ecodiesels and not 4:10. They are also "supposed" to be the wider axles but I have not seen anyone confirm it with part numbers or measurements.
  16. Driving home from getting bedliner, BAM!...air rushing noise

Bummer! Go to a canvas shop and they should be able to sew a small patch on there. Or but some canvas with adhesive on the back and tape it on both sides, inside and out.
  17. In a pickle! What do I do?? Need some advice...

How big is your garage? How many people do you usually have in your vehicle? Do you like working on and customizing vehicles? Do you tow more than 5,000lb regularly? Do you haul big or large objects? Have you ever had a Wrangler and do you miss it? Will a sunroof in a truck suffice? Have you...
  18. Purchasing a 2021 JT tonight

Can you guys help me confirm a few things? MSRP = What is on the window sticker (Nobody ever pays this). Invoice = What the dealer says they paid for it (not always true based on FCA incentives). Must ask the dealer to see this and they will probably will not email it to you. Destination fee...
