Well can say it was indirectly for the Gladiator because I got a second jack and a couple jackstands. My jack stands are small and I dont trust them except to doable tire rotation. . I know I know a 6 ton jack stands sounds like a lot but I dont want to play games and my moto has always been go...

One more thing .. with truck running . Hold both dials on the headset in for 15-20 seconds. I usually do 17 or 18 seconds then release . See whT happens normally this resets the head unit

When replacing the batteries if both batteries are totally disconnected simultaneously for 30 -1hr. I think it forces a hard reset on a lot of stuffs. Ask @Hootbro He mentioned that I think 🤔

In the settings there is a setting to change how long power stays on once the key is turned off. Go into key off power options. There us a choice for 0 time 45 seconds 5min and I believe 10min. If this is set the power to stay on . Secondly the dial beside the headlights is usually the culprit...
