With tomorrow marking 6 months, I think I'm pulling the rip cord. I can't get a straight answer as to what the hold up in I status is. Jeep Care doesn't return messages and as awesome as the concierge service ladies are, they are sacrificial lambs to those of us that have been seeking answers...
Monday check in with the awesome ladies at the Concierge office. Still in I status, but now we know its waiting on parts. What parts those could be, no one seems to know so I told them they can throw the Mopar lift on while they wait.....
