How is the water intrusion? Good enough to keep the contents dry enough driving through the rain? Also, with the cover rolled up, how much rearwards visibility does it block?

Can anyone with a Bak x4s tonneau cover confirm whether or not the tonneau cover can be rolled up and removed completely? Or is it attached permanently at the bulkhead? I am kind of leaning towards that, or a softopper lol. I would definitely like the Bak x4s if it could simply be rolled up...

Thanks again for all the replies guys! I have seen a few good suggestions that I like and am going to look into some more. A lot of comments about security/privacy, which is a good thought. But my primary concern is just keeping stuff dry(ish) in case of rain.

I don’t regret me decision for the diesel one bit. The added fuel economy, reduced emissions, and extra power are worth it. The times that I have had a loaner, I hate how much the pentastar and the transmission have to work to make power. The diesel is so smooth, its an entirely different beast.

Yeah, but the cost of delivery outweighs buying or renting a trailer lol. I have a plan now though that involves not overloading the vehicle. I was just hoping that I was wrong with what I thought.

Yeah, unfortunately that is a lot further drive than I would consider lol. I saw your other thread, and would consider it. But mine is a painted hard top, and not white…. I do kind of want to keep the hard top though, just want a soft top for the summer
