A quick follow-up on the railway shipping concern with source:
https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/10/business/railroad-union-vote-strike-threat/index.html
“Without a new deal there could be a strike, but not until at least Nov. 19, according to the union. Things will remain status quo with the...
I’m still thinkin’ ours are gonna end up on the same train/truck. I got “in production” notifications today with expected delivery to dealer on 11/11/22. Be aware, there are new concerns with the rail shipping again sometime in November.
Very excited here!
I think at some point yesterday it looked as though there were 10 in D1 or further (overall) queued up for Koons… that’s a full truck, right? :fingerscrossed:
This is good to know, thanks! We're heading down from NJ to Avon on Saturday and this might be a good time to stretch the legs and get some food. We'll be cramped up in my 2004 TJ unless Jeep manages to expedite and deliver my 2023 JT Mojave order while I'm en-route... hint hint #JeepCares ;)...
There's also jeeponorder.com (which looks similar to waitingforjeep.com) and he's got a link to source code if you want to host it yourself or set up your own notification system.

Hopefully that’s the secret code for jumping the line and getting built next week.?
What really has me curious is why none of the...
In a related search earlier today, I stumbled upon the Toledo Assembly Complex - United Auto Workers (TACUAW) news page:
https://tacuaw.org/news , and it might also be a good source of info. The post on 9/14/2022 had the news of the shutdown last week that @skindata told us about a few days ago...
Ordered a Mojave (soft top only) on Thursday 9/22, got the VON right away and VIN the next morning. Still in "C" status, but maybe... hopefully, it will help fill up the train/truck heading to Koons and get each of them to us sooner.
This really is great info, thanks for sharing and keep us posted if you can - every bit of info is helpful, especially to those of us fascinated with the logistics involved.
