Hmmmmm someone smarter than I should be able to help you. The only help I could possibly give there is I believe the VINs are 16 digits and start with something like 1C6……… If yours isnt 16 digits then you’re missing something.

X2 Mine is in trim and I still have an invalid VIN and no build sheet. I would put it in the tracker in this forum. It will do the work for you and email you the info once FCA puts it in

Seems to me you're being quite reasonable and patient. The bottom line is you've paid for the work in good faith. They already have your money so although they want to get you the product, problems that arise (your lost pieces and their replacement) do not seem to be a priority. I'm all for...

Sounds like they treated the symptom but not the problem. The fuse array must have opened again…. Sounds like maybe a short somewhere?
