Perfect. Thats what i like to see, statements backed up by facts Reading that, all this is to get to the max rating for towing. But as soon as you add larger tires (like who isnt going to add larger tires, right?) you loose the max to rating anyway. Looks like they were getting 6k rating...

Thanks for pic @jurfie But are there any numbers? Or is this based on that information alone, on a first year model? Also add - by that reasoning, the max tow package would have a wider grill then the non. right? Does it?

Would like to see numbers on how the winch in front of the grill would affect towing. The grill on the gladiator looks identical to the one on the JL. I dont think they changed anything to affect towing. Maybe underneath/behind, but the grill... meh I concur though about getting an AM bumper...

I unplugged the switch under the hood. Two switches up front, the one closest to driver side. Turns on the fault light on dash, but it's not noticable. And it was free
